These terms and conditions apply to GED Testing Service LLC’s (“GED Testing Service”) GED Live promotion (“Promotion.”) Starting at 12:01 am on August 19, 2024, and ending at 11:59 p.m. PT on August 23, 2024 (“Promotion Period”), GED Testing Service is offering individuals the opportunity to receive twenty-five percent (25%) off the regular purchase price of any GED Live™ product offered through the GED.com website at http://www.ged.com/. This Promotion is a limited time offer and valid only for GED Live™ products purchased via credit card in U. S. dollars during the Promotion Period on the GED.com website. GED Live™ product purchases made during the Promotion Period which receive the Promotion discount of 25% off the regular purchase price are non-refundable. After a GED Live™ product is purchased, the individual purchaser will be sent an email with GED Live™ login instructions. GED Testing Service is not responsible for any delays in receipt of the login information, including, but not limited to, invalid email addresses, emails caught in spam filters, disabled email addresses or unattended email addresses. GED Live™ requires an internet connection and computer system that is compatible with streaming video. GED Testing Service is not responsible if the purchaser’s computer is not compatible with the GED Live™ delivery system. Individual subjects must be activated within 45 days of purchase and bundled products activated within 90 days of purchase. GED LIVE™ PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GED TESTING SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE GED LIVE™ PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. This Promotion is void in Canada and where prohibited and may not be combined with any other promotion offered on GED.com. Additional terms and conditions may apply. GED Testing Service reserves the right, without notice, to cancel, suspend, extend or modify this Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Promotion, including, but not limited to, the functioning of the GED.com website. GED Testing Service reserves the right to cancel purchases, deny or block access to a GED Live™ product if it is discovered that an individual purchaser has tampered with the GED.com website.
