WHEN YOU PURCHASE GED+ FROM GED TESTING SERVICE LLC (“GEDTS”) THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (“Terms”):
After you purchase GED+, you will be sent an email from GEDTS with enrollment instructions. GEDTS is not responsible for any delays in receipt of the GED+ instructions, including, but not limited to, invalid email addresses, emails caught in spam filters, disabled email addresses or unattended email addresses. GED+ requires an internet connection. GEDTS is not responsible for issues related to your computer incompatibility with GED+. GEDTS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change GED+, or any part of it, to improve its performance or enhance the experience of the participants. The GED+ fee is non-refundable after you access the product, you take the first assigned step of the GED+ program or 30 days from the date of purchase.
GED® Test Pass Guarantee means you will receive unlimited access to on-line study materials, unlimited attempts on the GED Ready® and unlimited attempts on the content area of the GED® test until you pass. Provided; however, GEDTS does not guarantee you will pass the GED® test or any particular content area of the GED® test.
IMPORTANT RESCHEDULING POLICY: You may reschedule or cancel your scheduled test appointment for the Official GED® test at any time and for any reason as long as you canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled test appointment. However, if you do not reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled test appointment and you do not show up for the testing appointment, this will be considered a “No-Show” and you will forfeit the GED® test pass guarantee. The No-Show will count as a single attempt and it will exhaust the total attempts you receive once you forfeit the GED® test pass guarantee. You will not be eligible to take additional official operational GED® tests until you make an additional purchase.
GED+ IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GEDTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF GED+, EVEN IF THE PURCHASER WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
GEDTS reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the GED+, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor(s) beyond GEDTS’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the GED+. Further, GEDTS reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the GED+ system, or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms or the test-taker rules agreement which governs the test day. GEDTS reserves the right to immediately terminate your GED+ service immediately for disrespectful conduct, in any form and in any media, directed toward a GED Advisor or any other GEDTS personnel.
You are also required to agree to and comply with the requirements and obligations of the on-line software preparation materials end user license agreement and with all testing rules specified in the test-taker rules agreement governing the test day.

GED Ready® practice test vouchers expire eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase. After a GED Ready® product is purchased, the individual purchaser will be sent an email with GED Ready® instructions and will then be able to access GED Ready® from their GED account. Once the GED Ready® practice test is launched the user will have 120 days to complete it. GED Testing Service is not responsible for any delays in receipt of the login information, including, but not limited to, invalid email addresses, emails caught in spam filters, disabled email addresses or unattended email addresses. GED Ready® requires an internet connection and computer system that is compatible with streaming video. GED Testing Service is not responsible if the purchaser’s computer is not compatible with the GED Ready
delivery system. GED READY® PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GED TESTING SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE GED READY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

GED Testing Service is not responsible if the Purchaser’s computer is not compatible with the GED Flash™ delivery system.
GED FLASH™ PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. WHEN YOU PURCHASE GED LIVE™ FROM GED TESTING SERVICE LLC (“GEDTS”) THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (“Terms”):
GED Live™ product purchases made during the Promotion Period which receive the Promotion discount price are non-refundable. After a GED Live™ product is purchased, the individual purchaser will be sent an email with GED Live™ login instructions. GED Testing Service is not responsible for any delays in receipt of the login information, including, but not limited to, invalid email addresses, emails caught in spam filters, disabled email addresses or unattended email addresses. GED Live™ requires an internet connection and computer system that is compatible with streaming video. GED Testing Service is not responsible if the purchaser’s computer is not compatible with the GED Live™ delivery system. Individual subjects must be activated within 45 days of purchase and bundled products activated within 90 days of purchase.
