GED Testing Service recently attended Lawson State Community College’s “GED and College Awareness Day.”
During the event GED State Relationship Manager Adora Beard shared information about the GED test program and how students can utilize Lawson State Community College’s Adult Education program to prepare for the test subjects.
Lawson State’s Adult Education program offers flexible GED prep classes as well as national skills readiness certification, English Language Learner courses and workforce development opportunities.
Lawson State also offers the “See 4 Free” program where students can take the GED Ready test for free and those that score “Likely to Pass” are eligible to take the official GED test at no cost.
The event also highlighted the growing number of GED graduates enrolling in postsecondary education and how well they are doing once enrolled.
