Did you know you can earn your GED for free through participating employers?
You should log into your GED.com account to get started. You’ll see next steps within your GED account. Your advisor will also reach out to you shortly after you enroll. If you don’t have a GED.com account, you will need to create an account using the same email address you used to purchase GED+.
Yes, that’s what ‘test until you pass’ is all about! Your advisor will assign you as many practice tests, GED tests, and study materials as they deem necessary, until you score ‘Green’ on GED Ready and pass each test subject.
GED+ includes a minimum of one GED Ready per subject purchased. Depending on your results, you may need to study before your advisor assigns you another GED Ready practice test, and you will not be eligible for additional GED Ready practice tests after you score ‘Green’ in that subject.
Your GED advisor will reach out to you shortly after you enroll in GED+. They will use a variety of communication channels to get in touch with you. The primary method will be text messages, if you opt-in to receive texts from your advisor. They will also reach out to you through emails and phone calls. Advisors’ hours are Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm Central Time.
Yes, your advisor is a GED expert with a proven track record of helping students earn their GED as quickly as possible. They will assign products and study time based on your individual needs. You will not need to purchase any additional products.
Yes! Our advisors are bilingual and can communicate with you in Spanish. You’ll also have the option to select Spanish study materials and to take the GED Ready practice test and the GED test in Spanish.
You can request a refund within 30 days of your date of purchase as long as you haven’t accessed and used the product yet. After 30 days from your purchase date or after you’ve taken the first assigned step, the product is no longer refundable. Refund requests should be sent to storehelp@ged.com.
Your advisor will guide you through each step of the GED+ program. Once they understand where you’re at based on your GED Ready results, they will issue the appropriate study materials at the appropriate time, and they’ll also let you know when you’re ready to test.
