CT Turner Named President of GED Testing Service

Minneapolis, MN – May 12, 2025 — GED Testing Service is pleased to announce the appointment of CT Turner as its new President, effective immediately.

Turner has been a driving force behind key innovations at GED Testing Service, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Operations & Assessment Services. In this role, he helped modernize one of the nation’s largest and most established high school equivalency testing programs, which has empowered more than 20 million graduates across the U.S. and internationally.

Vicki Greene, former President and CEO, praised Turner’s appointment. “CT has been a passionate advocate for learners and partners alike. His deep understanding of the GED community and his commitment to innovation make him the right leader for this next chapter.”

Greene is pursuing a new opportunity and will remain actively involved on the GED Board, helping to ensure continuity and continued alignment with GED’s mission.

“I’m honored to take on this role and to continue working with the dedicated educators, partners, and team members who make the GED program a life-changing opportunity for millions,” said Turner. “We’ll stay focused on helping learners succeed—and on leveraging new tools, including AI, to make the path forward even more accessible.”
