These terms and conditions apply to GED Testing Service LLC’s (“GED Testing Service”) GED Flash™ promotion (“Promotion.”) Starting at 12:01 am CT on March 2, 2026, and ending at 11:59 pm CT on March 6, 2026 (“Promotion Period”), GED Testing Service is offering individuals the opportunity to receive fifty percent (50%) off the regular purchase price of any GED Flash ™ product with the coupon code FLASH50 offered through the GED.com website at http://www.ged.com/.

This Promotion is a limited time offer and valid only for GED Flash™ products purchased via credit card in U. S. dollars during the Promotion Period. Product purchases made during the Promotion Period which receive the 50% discount off the regular purchase price are non-refundable. WHEN YOU PURCHASE GED Flash™ FROM GED TESTING SERVICE LLC (“GEDTS”) THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (“Terms”):

After a GED Flash™ product is purchased, the Purchaser will be sent an email with GED Flash™ login instructions. GED Testing Service is not responsible for any delays in receipt of the login information, including, but not limited to, invalid email addresses, emails caught in spam filters, disabled email addresses, or unattended email addresses. GED Flash™ requires an internet connection and system that is compatible with streaming video. GED Testing Service is not responsible if the Purchaser’s computer is not compatible with the GED Flash™ delivery system. 

GED FLASH™ PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GED TESTING SERVICE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF GED Flash™ PRODUCTS, EVEN IF THE PURCHASER WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
