When you Call in or Chat (click icon bottom right side of page):
1. Tell the agent that you are attempting to create a new GED account, but you are being told you already have an account.
2. Be ready to provide them with the exact information you used when setting up your new account:- First/last name
- Date of birth
- Email address
- State
- Phone number
- Home address

If you believe your GED student account was managed by the correctional facility while you were incarcerated, let the Agent know.
1. Tell the agent you are attempting to create a new GED account, but you are being told you already have an account.
2. Be ready to provide them with the information the facility would have used when setting up your new account:- First/last name
- Date of birth
- Name of the correctional facility
- City/State of correctional facility you were located in
- Last 4 of social security number (if available, not required)
- Inmate ID (if available, not required)
