Channawit, a student from Bangkok, Thailand, wanted to get his GED because he was looking for an internationally recognized credential that would allow him to pursue more educational opportunities abroad.
“GED is a wonderful pathway that provides me with many opportunities and serves as a launching pad to look into other study options in other countries.”
He put a lot of time and effort into his preparation by doing his own study. He never expected language arts and social studies to be so interesting. Throughout his GED journey, he had a lot of fun learning about the world and US history.
Now that he has earned his credential, Channawit intends to step outside of his comfort zone and look for a university option in another country, preferably North America or Europe.
